How long will it take to see results?
Most clients notice visible changes in a few months with consistent training and nutrition adherence. Significant strength and body composition changes generally happen within 3–6 months.
Do I need a gym membership?
Not necessarily. We do offer both gym-based and home-based programs, however if you are looking to maximise hypertrophy (muscle growth), the gym will definitely help! If you train at home, a set of dumbbells and resistance bands is plenty to get started though.
Are the programs tailored to my goals?
Yes. Every plan is customised to your fitness level, goals, and available equipment — whether your focus is fat loss, muscle gain, strength, or overall fitness.
Will I recieve a meal plan?
You’ll receive nutrition guidance and sample meal ideas designed to fit your goals and lifestyle. We focus on sustainable eating rather than restrictive “fad” diets. We take your favourite foods, and alter them slightly to fit your goals and lifestyle.
How often will I need to train?
Most programs require 3–5 workouts per week depending on your schedule, goals, and recovery needs. Sessions typically take 45–60 minutes. However...once you reach your desired physique, we can cut training back to just 1-2x/week to maintain.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
We can modify exercises and structure training to work around injuries or mobility restrictions while still progressing towards your goals.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Absolutely — you’ll get weekly check-ins, access to messaging for questions, and regular adjustments to your plan to keep you progressing.
How much is coaching?
Packages are tailored depending on your goals, food preferences, and how often you can work out. Note that this coaching isn't for everyone, and there are limited spots so you'll only be considered if you're fully committed.
